As a Certified Liability Advisor, Angela guides individuals under her care to make informed choices about borrowing and repaying their debts and managing their responsibilities as homeowners. She aims to instill confidence in them and support their journey to be happy and successful homeowners.

She also serves as a faculty member with The National Institute of Financial Education. They are committed to providing unbiased consumer education on finances, including the benefits and liabilities of homeownership.

Angela's journey in the financial industry began immediately after graduating from Colorado State University in 2007 with a Speech and Communications degree. She started as a Financial Professional. This experience shaped her philosophy of understanding her client's complete financial picture, dreams, and goals to deliver maximum value and guidance.

​

Angela's career in real estate began as an investor, hard money lender and then as a licensed realtor. She transitioned fully to the lending side of the business in 2013, where she had the privilege of being a critical part of several top-producing teams. Being involved in an extremely high volume of loans early in her career provided her with invaluable knowledge and expertise that typically only comes with more experience.

Born in Colorado, Angela is a proud mother and wife, always aiming to show love, compassion, and guidance to those she's honored to serve. She believes that financial well-being and independence are achievable for anyone with the proper guidance and support, and she's here to help make that become a reality.

Since 1998, Trevor Hammond has helped thousands of families finance their homes and make smart decisions when it comes to their personal finances.

Now, as a sought-after mortgage advisor, coach, speaker, and author, Trevor Hammond continues to focus on helping people enjoy more money, less stress, and more life!

​

In 2005, it became extremely clear to Trevor that homeowners across the country were making huge mistakes when it came to borrowing money, and managing their cash flow and other liabilities. “I remember the first time I learned that less than 10% of people in America had a financial planner. That meant nearly 90% of everyone who either owned a house or was hoping to buy a house, had nobody helping them make smart financial decisions. So I decided I was going to fill that critical void and become a financial resource to my clients,” he says.

 

Since that turning point, Trevor has created unique financial coaching programs and spoken in front of thousands of people on topics ranging from improving cash flow and savings, to managing liabilities, to advanced real estate financing strategies for homeowners. He has written hundreds of financial articles, and in 2007 co-authored the book, Borrow Smart, Retire Rich. Then in 2010 he wrote, How to Avoid the Four Blind Spots on Your Road to Financial Independence.

Time is our most valuable resource, according to Trevor. “While most mortgage companies and lenders spend their time, and their client’s valuable time, discussing mortgage products, rates, and fees… I believe people truly prefer to spend time discussing their financial future and ways to improve it.” This philosophy has led to the development of a very unique lending process for clients that quickly transforms the way they view their mortgage and their money.

 

Trevor believes, “Confidence is the key to everything. My job is to help clients gain the clarity and confidence needed to achieve their goals. And their goals are rarely about mortgages, rates, or fees… they are always about a bigger, better future, and achieving greater freedom with both their time and money. That’s what I do every day and I love it!”
