Service Description

Through my affiliate with our non-profit organization, I am able to waive the per year cost and provide this service to you for FREE. Your life and the real estate market can change rapidly. Even after you are in your new home or loan, we will continue to help you manage your mortgage and liabilities to help make sure you're still on track for Financial Freedom. The Annual Wellness Review gives us a chance to talk about how you are feeling overall about your financial well-being as well as any of the following (if they apply): • If any significant life changes have happened or will be happening soon—and how they may affect your goals • If there's anything new that might warrant a reevaluation of your mortgage now or in the future • If there are any important goals or special circumstances that deserve our attention • If you have all of the proper protections in place to make sure you and your loved ones are safe, cared for, and financially secure in the future • If you have any questions or concerns about today's economy or real estate market • If there are any other financial concerns or questions that we can help with in the meantime The closing of your loan is just the start of our relationship. We're in this for the long haul with you!
