Please refer to our Liability Review and Summary forms for the information we need- we offer Comprehensive Liability reviews, Express Mortgage reviews, and Specific Focus reviews. If you're not sure what you need we'll determine during the call. Any combination of the following methods can be used to provide information/documentation for Liability Reviews: - Joint phone/video calls with the clients (it's recommended- but not required- you schedule a longer call for this if you haven't gathered any information from client already) ​- Phone/video call with your team ​- Secure uploads to our web portal (contact our team if you need logins set up or reset) ​- Direct contact with the clients (per your direction) for any additional information or documentation needed If you haven't scheduled a customized process call we can quickly discuss now and schedule a follow up if needed after. The Liability Review Forms and process can be customized to you and your workflow. We'll assume you want a Zoom Video Call unless you specify otherwise and provide a phone number.
